Our exclusive 45 day trial offer allows you to explore your orgasmic potential in a comfortable private setting. Simply select your Sybian cover and attachments in the color of your choice, pay in full and if you keep the Sybian, no further transactions are necessary.

When your package arrives, enjoy your Sybian for 45 days at your leisure.  If you wish to return your Sybian, call or email Abco Research Associates before the end of your trial period for a return authorization number. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that our 45 day trial offer is ONLY valid on Sybians purchased directly from this website. 

Upon receipt of your Sybian, Abco Research Associates will refund the Sybian Package cost minus a $175 return fee ($1245-$175=$1070 typical return amount). Beyond the Sybian Package, any additional attachments purchased are refundable only if unopened. Abco does not offer refunds for the Storage Cabinet, Floor Mat, Fluidproof Cover, Silky Storage Bags, Springs and Stems, opened liquids or small parts orders.

Use our layaway program for a flexible way to pay! We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to begin the layaway process. You choose the day of the month and amount of each payment. Lock in a special promotional price or promo code discount. Add or remove attachments from your order without penalty while you are making payments. Once your products are paid in full, we ship.

Select your Sybian and attachment color and any accessories and add the items to your cart. On the checkout page find the layaway section and choose your payment day and amount. Mark the box “Mail Your Payment or Begin a Layaway” as your payment method and follow the instructions for beginning your layaway.

You may cancel your layaway at anytime and receive a refund minus your $100 down payment.

We take your privacy seriously! Abco Research Associates will keep all correspondence in strict confidence and will never sell or give your name to anyone. We always use the utmost discretion whenever contacting you and have been doing so for over 25 years.

Sybian has a five-year limited warranty that covers the body and all working parts. The padded cover and attachments have a 180-day warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover physical damage.

A Sybian Lifetime Warranty is also available to the “original owner” for $195 at any time available for purchase anytime during the original 5 years of ownership. It is not transferable.

We ship Worldwide by United Parcel Service (UPS).

USA UPS Service – Sybian is shipped FREE via UPS Ground, to the 48 contiguous states. Your distance from east central Illinois will determine the guarantee date. There are only 3 isolated areas on the west coast that require more than 4 working days to deliver.

PLEASE NOTE – Orders are not processed on the weekends. Orders received after 2 pm Monday through Friday will not ship until the next business day. Next day air orders received after 2 pm on a Friday will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery. UPS transit delivery days are Monday through Friday. If you need Saturday delivery, you must contact us at 800-253-6135 to make arrangements.

Please Note the following:
A physical address is required to ship by UPS unless you wish to pick up the package at the nearest UPS Customer Counter. You will be required to have a photo ID and the tracking number to pick up the package. If you cannot be home when your package arrives, we would encourage you to ship to a UPS Customer Counter, friend or business first. If this is not possible, we will ship to a P.O. Box via the United States Postal Service, however, packages are not insured.
