Sybian is for “personal use only”; not for commercial use in any fashion without the express written consent of Abco Research Associates. Sybian cannot be used for Commercial Gain without remuneration.
THERE IS A 3% CANCELLATION FEE IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED BEFORE YOUR RECEIVE IT.
If you are not completely satisfied with Sybian, you may return it within 45 days from the date of delivery. Before returning Sybian for any reason, you must contact us by email or phone for a return authorization number.
There is a $175.00 return fee and original shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Beyond the Sybian Package, any additional attachments purchased are refundable only if unopened. Please return the Sybian Lifetime warranty certificate (if purchased) for a full credit.
Abco does not offer refunds for the Storage Cabinet, Floor Mat, Silky Storage Bags, Springs and Stems, opened liquids or small parts orders.
Concise instructions are provided on how to pack the Sybian for return in the instruction manual. Failure to follow those directions can result in damage to the product, should damage occur Abco reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement at our discretion.
International Customers
You are responsible for taxes, duties and brokerage fees charged by your country at your end. (UPS will act as your broker.) If you choose another broker other than UPS, you may incur higher fees. Small parts orders sent by the United States Postal Service and delivered OUTSIDE the USA may also incur fees from your country when they are delivered. These can include but may not be limited to taxes, duties, or other customs fees and are based upon the value of the contents.
If you choose to return your Sybian from an international location, please be aware that published shipping rates can be 4 times more expensive than the original shipment. We also reserve the right to hold $300.00 for any bills that may arrive up to 8 weeks after the machine has been returned.
Refusal of Delivery – USA and International Shipments
If you decide you do not want the Sybian while it is in transit OR if UPS makes the maximum delivery attempts and returns the box to us, you are NOT entitled to a full refund.
If your item was shipped via UPS Ground:
Delivered but unopened (you pay return shipping) we charge a $100.00 reboxing fee.
Shipped but refused, we charge a $100.00 reboxing fee AND the return shipping fee charged by UPS.
UPS Expedited Services:
We do not refund your outbound shipping choice.
Delivered but unopened (you pay return shipping) we charge a $100.00 reboxing fee.
IF YOU REFUSE an expedited shipping service, UPS will return the box back to us using the same Expedited service. You will be charged the return shipping fee along in addition to a $100.00 reboxing fee.
For International shipments:
Refusal of a shipment in transit: Abco reserves the right to charge for shipping fees in both directions and any fees that your country has imposed upon the shipment, along with a $100.00 reboxing fee. This can be several hundreds of dollars in refusal fees. We also reserve the right to hold $300.00 for any bills that may arrive up to 8 weeks after the machine has been returned.
THIS TYPE OF REFUSAL CAN BE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

Suspicious transactions
Abco Research Associates reserve the right to delay shipping on suspicious transactions until we have confirmed no fraud was committed. Suspicious transactions will be handled the following way:
- Call the telephone number listed on the order to explain and request more information regarding the transaction.
- Email the address provided asking for more information such as a copy of your photo ID, the credit card used in the transaction (front and back) and a handwritten letter verifying your approval of the charge and shipping address for the product.
Failure to provide the information requested will result in the refusal of our company to fulfill any and all orders you have placed.
