International Shipment Information

Sybian can be shipped worldwide! The machine features electronics that automatically adjust to whatever voltage (120V or 240V) of electricity the machine is plugged into.

Sybian Packages are only shipped via UPS. Replacement components and individual accessory orders may be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS depending upon your selection at checkout.

The most accurate shipping quote can be obtained by placing items in the cart and beginning the checkout process. Please be aware that you are also responsible for taxes, duties and brokerage fees charged by your country at the time of import. The quote our website returns is for shipping only. You will be required to pay taxes and duties to your country prior to delivery which will be arranged by the courier. It is extremely important that your address is correct, and we receive a valid email and phone number when the order is placed. Delivery is typically made within 2-5 business days (unless there is an issue with customs clearance).
